For the quotation is the Femidom package price on the day of distribution obligatory. Deliveries take place by post office or UPS. Prices include German value added tax (VAT). The system omits VAT for deliveries to destinations outside of Germany before the check out. Forwarding expenses depend upon the size of the package and are being displayed before order completion. The commodity is supplied in a neutral packing.

Force Majeur, official measures or operational disturbances entitle us to the extension of the time for delivery around the duration of the handicap. If these reasons lead to our achievement inability, then we can withdraw from the contract. Claims for damages against us are excluded in all cases. The buyer becomes liable with dispatch of the commodity from stock Berlin or Munich.

Retention of title

Our supplies take place under retention of title up to the complete payment for the order. This applies also to goods which can be processed. Call of long term orders by the buyer are being handled like regular orders.

Return Right

(Return right within seven days, then return of the purchase price within 30 days.) Objections must be communicated to us in writing within 10 days after receipt of the goods. Small commercial and technically avoidable deviations of the quality do not justify claims for damages. However we will carry out replacement for unsatisfactory goods, as far as objections are accepted by us. Any further claims are excluded. Returns must take place freight-free for us and need to be sent directly to:

Jurisdiction

As place of jurisdiction for all matters of disagreement the city of Munich is expressly agreed upon. With non-commercial buyers Munich is agreed upon as area of jurisdiction, if demands need to be settled with legal procedures.
