You can cancel your contract within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the commodity, unless you acted in practice of your commercial or self-employed activity (orders by entrepreneurs). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the commodity and a detailed instruction in text form. For keeping the punctual period, sending of the revocation or the commodity is sufficient. The revocation has to be sent to:

Revocation consequences

In case of an effective revocation on both sides received achievements have to be refunded and received benefits need to be returned if necessary (e.g. interest). If you cannot refund the received achievement to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry out necessary indemnification to that extent according to value for us. This does not apply, if the degradation of the commodity is exclusively due to its examination, how it would have been possible for instance in a retail store. In all other respects you can avoid the indemnification according to value obligation, by not taking the goods in use like your property and omitting everything, which impairs their value. Things package-capable of being shipped are to be sent back on our risk. Things not package-capable of being shipped are being fetched from you. Obligations for refunding of payments you must fulfill within 30 days after sending off your declaration of revocation.

You have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the good which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euro or if with a higher price of the good at the time of the revocation you have not paid yet the agreed full or partial payment of the good.

The right of revocation does not exist for :

* Goods, which are custom made for the client or are clearly cut to the personal needs or which are not suitable for a return due to their condition, fast to spoil or if their expiration date was expired or would be exceeded

* Audio- or Videorecordings or software, if the supplied data media were unsealed by you

* Newspapers, magazines and pictorials
